Refund Policy
IM INSTRUMENT® ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any of the reasons as per the terms and conditions we mentioned below. In that case, you can quickly return the product to us within three days from the delivery date with the original packing.
REFUND MODE
For Registered Member : In any case, the amount will be refundable to you . the same amount shall be refunded to your wallet within 7 to 9 working days, in accordance with our Refund policy.
For Guest Member : In case of cancellation you have to inform us through mail ,and create your login account then In any case, the amount will be refundable to you . the same amount shall be refunded to your wallet within 7 to 9 working days, in accordance with our Refund policy.
Terms & Condition:-
- Make sure the product is only checked properly at the time of delivery , and product will not be returned if used.
- All Replacement/Refunds will be processed after the product is received and the quality analysis is cleared.
- Any product returned shows improper use, improper handling, or physical damage; damaged/torn out the box, missing manuals, parts, and accomplices will not be Replaced/Refunded and returned to the buyer without giving a reason.
- No returns of the products will be entertained if the customer doesn't like the product, even if the description is correct.
Return Procedure:-
For all returns, You can reach us via Email. Specify a valid reason for your return. Include a copy of the original invoice in the package.
For Registered Member : In any case, the amount will be refundable to you . the same amount shall be refunded to your wallet within 7 to 9 working days, in accordance with our Refund policy.

- Is it allowed to request for cancellation?
- Yes ,You can cancel any order till the time it is not dispatched from the Seller or Wrong order or to modify in the quantity
- How can I cancel my order?
- You can cancel an order by clicking on the Cancel link/button.
- You will be able to cancel an order till the time it is not dispatched from the seller. In case you are unable to cancel an order from the app or website, you can reject the order at doorstep.
- The amount will be refunded to you within 7 to 9 working days, in accordance with our Refund policy.
- No cancellation or Door step rejection allowed for all products , in case denied at doorstep the amount will not be refundable to you, in accordance with our Refund policy.
